Inspection
Customers should inspect their items immediately after delivery or pickup. Any issues must be reported within 48 hours.
Returns
Returns may be accepted if:
- The item is unused
- The item is in original condition
- The item is returned with its original packaging
All returns must first be approved by HALIMA FURNITURES.
Restocking Fee
Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% of the item’s purchase price.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom-made or made-to-order furniture
- Items that have been assembled or used
- Items returned without original packaging
- Items damaged after delivery due to misuse
Refund Processing
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund is approved. Refunds may be issued through the original payment method or as store credit.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
