All prices displayed on our website include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without prior notice. Any quotation provided is valid for 30 days unless specified differently.

  1. Payment Policy

Full payment must be completed before delivery or pickup unless another payment arrangement has been approved by HALIMA FURNITURES. Payments made by cheque will only be accepted after the payment has been successfully cleared.

  1. Ownership of Goods

All products remain the property of HALIMA FURNITURES until the full payment has been received. If payment is not completed, we reserve the right to recover the goods.

  1. Risk and Responsibility

Once items are collected or dispatched for delivery, responsibility for any loss, damage, or theft transfers to the customer.

  1. Delivery Policy

Delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to logistics or other circumstances. Standard delivery includes kerbside or ground-level delivery only. Any special delivery requirements may involve additional fees.

  1. Inspection and Returns

Customers should inspect their items upon delivery. If there are any issues, they must notify HALIMA FURNITURES within 2 business days in writing.

Returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Items must be in original packaging and condition
  • A minimum restocking fee of 25% may apply
  • Store credit may be issued and will remain valid for 12 months
    Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  1. Custom Orders

Items that are custom-made or manufactured according to customer specifications cannot be returned, refunded, or cancelled once production has started.

  1. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled or modified without approval from HALIMA FURNITURES. If cancellation is approved, a restocking or cancellation fee may apply.

  1. Warranty

If a product has a manufacturing defect, HALIMA FURNITURES may choose to repair or replace the product depending on the situation. Some products may also be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

  1. Limitation of Liability

HALIMA FURNITURES will not be responsible for any indirect losses, damages, or problems caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or circumstances beyond our control.

  1. Pricing Errors

While we aim to ensure accurate product pricing, mistakes may occasionally occur. If a pricing error is identified, HALIMA FURNITURES reserves the right to cancel or adjust the order. Customers will be contacted before proceeding.

Customers who place an order may receive updates, promotions, and product information from HALIMA FURNITURES. You may unsubscribe from these communications at any time.

  1. Stock Availability

We try to keep our website stock information accurate. However, due to high demand and inventory changes, some products may become unavailable. Customers are encouraged to contact us to confirm stock availability before placing an order.
